West Middle School Check-In Day

Student Check-In will be held during the following times:

• 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m
• 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Please note: Families are no longer assigned arrival times by last name. You may attend either session. Because of this change, wait times may occur, especially at the beginning of each session. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.

What to Expect at Check-In

During Check-In, families will have the opportunity to:

• Receive student schedules
• Receive locker assignments
• Purchase a yearbook
• Payment accepted by credit card through MySchoolBucks or cash
  • Yearbooks cannot be purchased through Membership Toolkit
  • Purchase West Wear spirit wear
• Meet our Principal, Aspen Burkett
• Receive assistance with District Forms or technology questions, if needed
• Visit the PTCO Welcome Table
• Pick up a pre-ordered locker organizer
• Pick up pre-ordered EduKit school supplies
